What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is £150.
Do you charge carriage?
Carriage is free on all orders.
What is your usual shipping time?
We aim to dispatch in 1-3 days depending on levels of orders.
Where is my shipment?
We dispatch all shipments via DPD. If you enter a mobile number in your account information then you will be sent a text with an approximate delivery time once dispatched from our warehouse.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes – we dispatch regularly throughout Europe and further afield to USA & Australia.
Do you have woven or slit edge label material?

Do you have a warehouse we can visit?
No – we are an online based company.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We try to update our website as frequently as possible with any items that are out of stock. For large quantities, we can place this item on back order or offer you an alternative that we can send immediately – someone will be in touch from our sales office should this happen. For small quantities we will arrange a credit or refund.

Do you do bespoke products?
We can do special ribbon designs and prints. The minimum order quantity is 5,000 metres per width & colour.
Do you have an alternative rosette ribbon?
Yes we have a large acetate range which we slit to order in the UK. Please contact us for further information on this.
